Job summary

The Bereavement Coordinator role at St. Bernards Hospice focuses on developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating our bereavement program for families, caregivers, and community members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required.
• Equivalent education and training considered per state regulations.
• Master's degree preferred in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Specialized education in grief support or bereavement services preferred.

• Develop and coordinate hospice bereavement programs for families and community members.
• Provide grief support, education, resources, referrals, and follow-up services.
