Qualifications

• Three years of health care management experience.
• Five years of health care management experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and facilitate training via phone, WebEx, or in-person.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational planning and budgeting.
• Monitor operations to ensure financial stability.
• Evaluate hospice services using measurable outcomes.
• Establish effective communication channels including technology integration.
• Ensure staffing and ongoing staff development.
• Provide interdisciplinary care coordination.
