Reserve Care is seeking an EVS Supervisor to lead environmental services at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake, OH. You will oversee day-to-day housekeeping, safety, and patient-care support duties to ensure a clean, safe environment for patients and families.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, strong knowledge of cleaning standards, and the ability to manage resources effectively within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Lead, Project Manager or Supervisor in clinical, hotel, or property management setting.
• Previous supervisor experience is required.
• Minimum of 1-year EVS experience or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Some knowledge of proper chemical usage.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.

Responsabilités

• Perform building and grounds security checks.
• Investigate security incidents and document appropriately.
• Respond to crisis intervention, emergency preparedness, alarms, etc.
• Maintain sidewalks and building entrances (snow removal, ice melt, trash removal).
• Perform tasks related to Durable Medical Equipment Program.
