Job summary

Reserve Care, formerly Hospice of the Western Reserve, is seeking an experienced supervisor for Elderly Care facilities in Westlake, OH. The role focuses on environmental services, janitorial tasks, safety oversight, and daily upkeep of patient areas with a compassionate care approach.

Responsibilities include security checks, incident documentation, maintenance requests, and coordinating materials and staff to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Team Lead, Project Manager or Supervisor in clinical, hotel, or property management setting.
• Previous supervisor experience is required.
• Minimum of 1-year EVS experience or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Some knowledge of proper chemical usage.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and grounds security checks.
• Investigate security incidents and complete appropriate documentation.
• Respond to crisis intervention and emergency preparedness, alarms, etc.
• Maintain sidewalks and building entrances and perform snow/ice removal and trash removal.
• Receive and deliver materials to appropriate locations.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance and janitorial tasks including cleaning patient rooms.
