Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Registered Nurse leader to supervise patient and family care within the home health and hospice setting in Oregon. You will support the Interdisciplinary Team, coordinate with the Medical Director, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing quality of care.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of healthcare experience, a BSN or higher, and proven leadership abilities. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and advancement opportunities with Compassus.

Qualifications

• RN with minimum of three years in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; BSN a plus.
• Leadership or management experience preferred; EMR experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient and family care as specified by the plan of care.
• Support and manage Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) including scheduling, productivity, mentoring and monitoring.
• Oversee the consultative process between the Medical Director and the IDT.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulatory rules.
• Attend/Lead Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings.
• Process EMR documentation workflow as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient and family care as specified by the plan of care, assessing appropriateness, continuity, service, and quality of care
• Support and manage Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) including scheduling, productivity, mentoring and monitoring, 1x1’s, pay practices and timekeeping
• Oversee the consultative process between the Medical Director and the members of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
• Ensure adherence to the rules and regulations of state and federal regulatory agencies
• Attend/Lead Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings
• Process EMR documentation workflow as needed

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with minimum of three years in healthcare required, preferably in Nursing Facility, Home Health or Hospice setting.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• BSN a plus.
• Experience in leadership or management strongly preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of employment.
• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Compensation

The current compensation range for this position is $95,864– $143,797 per year. The specific rate of pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on relevant education, training, experience, geographic location, and other position-related factors. Compassus does not inquire about, consider, or rely upon an applicant's prior salary history in determining compensation. In addition to base compensation for the position, an employee working in this position may be eligible for pay differentials based on hours, shifts worked, or other criteria. They may also qualify for bonuses under applicable bonus programs or at Compassus’s discretion, as well as other forms of variable pay under relevant company policies.A summary of applicable pay programs will be provided during the offer process.
