Interim HealthCare of Madison is seeking a Director of Hospice to lead our Madison, WI hospice team. You will oversee patient care, manage staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while building strong relationships with patients and families.

The role offers a base salary with quarterly performance bonuses, mileage reimbursements, and generous benefits. You will partner with the administrator on budgets and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• Minimum 2 years hospice nursing case management.
• At least 1 year managing caregivers.
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospice care delivery for patients and families to ensure highest quality.
• Ensure staffing levels meet patient and family needs.
• Recruit, hire, orient, train and supervise hospice staff.
• Assist Administrator in budgets and financial reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
