Caring Hospice Services is seeking a dynamic registered nurse to provide leadership to staff and outreach to the community. This is an in-person role requiring an RN license and supervisory experience in hospice care.

We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental, health and life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 4 years of supervisory or administrative experience in hospice care or in a health care setting.
• Baccalaureate degree in administration or health related field is required.
• Knowledge of third party reimbursement, marketing and sales
• Positive interpersonal skills required
• Licensed Registered Nurse RN
• The program director demonstrates current knowledge of Hospice, OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations; demonstrates the ability to apply and enforce them in the Hospice Program.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Hospice services, philosophy and trends in end-of-life/palliative care support to patients and their families.

• Identifies, implements and oversees the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Program.
