Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls regarding order placement, product problems, service questions, order status, and general customer concerns.
• Enter online orders from various online systems into our operating system for processing.
• Respond to patient/client questions and problems.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and patients.
• Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance and promote teamwork among co-workers.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, on a predetermined rotating schedule.
• Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers.
• Perform other duties as requested.
