JourneyCare Hospice is seeking a Hospice LPN to join our growing Crisis Care team on a PRN basis! New competitive salaries and flexible hours!

HOURS: As Needed. Shifts will be 12-hour shifts 7PM-7AM, including weekdays and weekends.

TERRITORY: Schaumburg, Rolling Meadows, Palatine, IL, and surrounding areas.

SALARY: $26-$38 hourly, based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
• Three years of nursing experience; community health, hospice, or medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Must possess current CPR Certification.
• Good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle.
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and terminally ill patient needs.
