Job summary

Adoration Health in Sweetwater, TN, is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, families, and community partners. You will visit hospitals and clinics, build referrals, and represent our brand across Sweetwater and Harriman.

This full-time role offers autonomy, a mission-driven team, and opportunities to grow in healthcare sales and outreach. You will educate communities about hospice benefits, track outreach in our CRM, and collaborate with care teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years health care marketing experience.
• Current and valid state driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professionalism and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and promote brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM system.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits.
• Coordinate with care team for smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
• Complete reports and documentation on time.
