Job summary

Adoration Health seeks a Community Liaison in Nags Head, NC to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals and families. You will build relationships with clinicians and referral partners, attend community events, and manage outreach in our CRM to drive awareness and timely referrals.

The role emphasizes autonomy, goal orientation, and suitability for a mission-driven team focused on compassionate end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance proof

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services
• Build relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent the brand
• Track outreach activity in CRM and manage referrals
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and services
• Ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care with care team
• Complete reports and admin tasks on time
• Follow healthcare rules and regulations
