Qualifications

• Experience using CRM systems for tracking outreach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals and clinics to promote hospice services.
• Build relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Represent the organization at community events.
• Track outreach activity in our CRM system.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits.
• Ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
