Elevation Hospice of Colorado is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services in Aurora/Southeast Denver. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources to enroll patients in hospice in a timely manner.

The position requires 80% travel within the territory and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Strong communication, sales/marketing in healthcare, and teamwork across disciplines are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute education.
• Minimum one year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• 1–2 years hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Position is field-based and requires 80% travel within assigned area.
• Ability to market collaboratively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; computer literacy.
• Strong organizational, people and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Compliant with professional standards and practices.
• Ability to operate in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for regular out-of-office activity.

Aufgaben

• Generates patient referrals through new and existing sources.
• Maintains regular communication with referral sources to ensure delivery of hospice services.
• Identifies opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Builds and maintains relationships to improve community understanding of hospice.
• Conducts market assessments and develops marketing plans to meet budgets.
• Represents the company and maintains positive public perception.
• Participates in meetings and other related activities as needed.
• Supports after-hours admissions as required.
