Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Community Liaison in Nags Head, NC to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals and families. You will build strong relationships with doctors and referral partners while coordinating outreach events and tracking activities in our CRM system.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, healthcare sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior healthcare sales or hospice outreach experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Current valid state driver's license and auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand.
• Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM system.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and care options.
• Ensure smooth patient referrals and collaboration with the care team.
• Stay current on hospice care through ongoing training.
