We are looking for a passionate Community Liaison to join our team of hospice care professionals and make a difference by listening, caring, and serving.

Position Summary:

The Community Liaison promotes hospice programs and services according to established policies and procedures. They establish and maintain relationships with physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, nursing facilities, discharge planners, and other referral sources, identifying community admissions to enroll in hospice promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; additional experience may substitute for education.
  • Minimum one (1) year of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
  • One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in hospice/palliative marketing is strongly preferred.
  • This is a field-based position requiring 80% travel within the assigned geographic area.
  • Ability to market collaboratively and effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; computer literate.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision.
  • Compliance with professional standards and practices.
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for out-of-office activities.
