Job summary
Moments Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily living support on the road, delivering personal care under RN supervision. You’ll review care plans, assist with mobility and nutrition, and maintain accurate electronic records, while enjoying a company car for business and personal use.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18-$23, comprehensive health benefits, a cell phone allowance, PTO from day one, and 401(k) matching.
Qualifications
- CNA license required.
- 12 months caregiving experience in home care, assisted living/memory care, skilled nursing/nursing home, hospital or hospice required.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and active listening.
Responsibilities
- Perform personal care activities related to daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, skin care).
- Review patient care plans.
- Assist with lifting and transferring patients.
- Assist with range of motion, positioning, exercise, and ambulation.
- Assist with dining and nutrition.
- Maintain electronic medical records.
- Work under the direction of a Case Manager RN.
