Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients, including assistance with personal hygiene, repositioning, and mobility support.
• Support patients in their homes or care facilities through frequent movement and physical activity, including walking and standing.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and assist with daily living activities while maintaining safety and dignity.
