Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Heyman Hospice Care. This role requires traveling across the Rome, GA service area to provide compassionate patient care in homes and facilities.

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 8a–5p with occasional longer hours as patient needs dictate. You will work under a licensed nurse, assisting with daily activities, maintaining safety, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support adolescent, adult, and geriatric

Qualifications

• Requires completion of an accredited CNA training program or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification in Georgia.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Heyman Hospice Care

Location: Travel throughout the Rome, GA service area and surrounding counties, Floyd, Chattooga, Bartow and Polk (Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8a-5p, no weekends or holidays. Hours may occasionally extend later based on patient needs and visit schedules. Travel throughout the Rome, GA service area to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes and facility settings.
