Job summary

Bristol Hospice-texas Llc is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our hospice team. You will work under R.N. supervision to meet patients' personal needs and promote comfort, including bedtime care and hygiene.

Our Sweet Dreams Program is designed to help patients relax for a restful night. A background in hospice or home health and CPR certification are preferred, with a strong emphasis on dignity and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certification of Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Experience in hospice or home health care preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality one-on-one time with patients and families to support daily needs.
• Care for hospice patients including personal hygiene, bed making, and comfort measures.
• Provide bedtime care and routine, including oral hygiene and lotion rubs.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the Case Manager.
