Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Willingness to undergo background check and keep up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks and activities as assigned by Case Manager.
• Provide compassionate communication with patients and families.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to Case Manager.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly living environment for patients.
• Adhere to care plans and documentation standards.
