Job summary

Interim HealthCare Hospice in Michigan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care. You’ll promote safety, assist with activities of daily living, and follow the care plan under supervision.

We offer competitive pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, flexible assignments with no weekends or holidays required, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)/Roth, pet insurance, weekly pay, ESOP, and paid mileage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment and maintain unobstructed pathways while providing care.
• Assist patients in activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, etc.).
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Follow the assignment sheet/service plan and perform only assigned tasks.
• Report changes in patient condition to the supervisor.
