Qualifications

• CNA certification in the states of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per assessments, care plans, and nursing direction.
• Coordinate care with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership.
• Follow all nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Work with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
