Qualifications

• CNA certification required in state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Commitment to improving quality of life for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care to assigned residents per assessments and care plans as directed by nursing management.
• Coordinate proper care with other licensed care staff.
