Job summary

Visiting Nurse Health System (VNHS) is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Hospice Division. The CNA will provide in-home, end-of-life care for patients in the Sandy Springs, Tucker, Decatur area and surrounding communities while collaborating with a clinical team to ensure comfort and dignity.

A GA CNA license and CPR certification are required, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED; completed CNA program.
• GA CNA license; CPR certification.
• 1+ year CNA experience in hospital, nursing home, or home health.
• English literacy; ability to follow instructions and communicate with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and health care services to home-based patients.
• Maintain safe, sanitary home environments for patients in hospice care.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate patient care.
• Support end-of-life comfort and dignity for patients and families.
