Job summary

Visiting Nurse Health System (VNHS) is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for Hospice in the Atlanta area. The CNA will provide in-home personal care and supportive health services to terminally ill patients, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity in final life stages.

Candidates must have a GA CNA license, current CPR, and at least 1 year of CNA experience; English literacy and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and successful completion of the CNA program.
• GA CNA certification and valid CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in hospital, nursing home or home health.
• Ability to read and write English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with basic computer use and online HR systems is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
