Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands-on care to patients at the end of life. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, with care coverage in Brookfields, Worcester, and South.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Unencumbered CNA certification in the state.
• Minimum one year of CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice experience a plus.
• CPR certification if state-mandated.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Provide personalized care following the plan of care to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, oral hygiene, bedding, clothing, and grooming.
• Be dedicated to customer service and ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Provide support for families by sharing knowledge and guiding them in caring for loved ones.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records and agency systems.
