Superior Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice CNA to be the face patients look forward to seeing. You will help with bathing, grooming, and mobility, and monitor comfort while reporting changes to the nurse. Your compassionate presence supports dignity and independence for patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice preferred; other healthcare settings valued.
• Warm, dependable, patient-centered.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor comfort and report changes in condition to the hospice nurse.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent whenever possible.
• Communicate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent care.
• Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion.
