Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team in Georgia. You will provide direct patient care under nursing supervision, following individualized care plans to promote comfort and dignity.

Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and chaplains to meet patient needs, document changes in condition, and maintain infection-control practices. This role requires reliability, travel willingness within the region, and a commitment to

Qualifications

Compassionate and committed to improving patients’ quality of life.
Ability to work collaboratively with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Aide Leadership
Comfortable working one-on-one with patients while being supported by a dedicated care team
Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
Willingness to travel with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
Current CNA certification in the state(s) of practice
Eagerness to pursue additional certifications, education, and career growth opportunities

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to assigned hospice patients per care plans.
Collaborate with the hospice care team to meet patient needs and promote comfort and dignity.
Report changes in patient condition to the nursing leadership team.
Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices.
