Qualifications

• Licensed driver with an automobile and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Work under RN supervision and perform services to meet patient needs.
• Observe patient status and report observations to the nurse.
• Promote quality, continuity and safety of patient care.
• Carry out CNA duties as required.
