Lake Prince at Home in Suffolk, VA is seeking a dedicated Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and comfort to hospice patients in their homes. The role reports to the RN and follows individualized care plans, with a focus on dignity and family support.

The position requires Virginia CNA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel across the service area. Hospice or home health experience is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).

• Support patients' comfort and quality of life.
• Assist families through compassionate communication and care.
• Coordinate with RN and hospice team.
• Attend training and complete scheduled visits.
