Serenity Hospice in Lancaster, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team serving Lancaster and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain comfort and dignity for patients at the end of life.

This role features no night shifts or weekend work, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) enrollment, and PTO. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice team to monitor patient status,

Qualifications

• Current PA CNA certification required.
• Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for hospice patients
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
