AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (Hospice CNA) for our Inpatient Unit in Naperville, IL. This full-time day shift (7 AM–7 PM) offers a competitive $20–$25/hour, commensurate with experience, and an every-other-weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse’s aide with required training and a passing score on the competency exam.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care in certain states.
• Must be listed on the state aide registry with a clear record and eligible to provide care in homes or facilities.
• Requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and state-required auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care including hygiene, repositioning, and mobility support (up to 200 lbs with assistance).
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to RN and care team.
• Support patients in homes or facilities through walking, standing, and movement, ensuring dignified end-of-life care.
