Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team serving Chester/Delco County, PA and surrounding region.

The CNA will provide or assist with ADLs, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal support for a census of 5-6 patients, with timely reporting to the Nurse. A CNA certification, 75 hours training, and 1 year of experience are preferred; a driver's license and vehicle are required. Pay starts at $19.75/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meets state training requirements.
• 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training (16+ hours supervised, 16+ hours classroom).
• One year experience as a CNA, hospice aide, or home health aide; hospice preferred.
• Must have a licensed driver with insured vehicle and current auto insurance.
• Ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients.
• Provide or assist with ADL activities: personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, nails.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfer activities; frequent turning.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and ROM as taught by Hospice Nurse.
• Light housekeeping of patient unit/room; change bed linens and laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Nurse.
