This position is per diem (as needed) serving clients in the Philadelphia area, with an office located on Belmont Ave, Philadelphia.

The Hospice CNA provides personal care and light housekeeping to terminally ill patients in various settings, following an established care plan and under RN supervision. The role involves active participation in the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), providing care and comfort, observing and reporting patient status, and documenting services accurately.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• PA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Valid driver’s license and insured reliable transportation in Pennsylvania are required.
