Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality end-of-life care in the Murrysville/Monroeville area. The role involves working with an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their homes and care facilities, promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area.

• Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Build compassionate relationships with patients and their families.
• Follow all hospice policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
