Your Role at a Glance
As a Hospice CNA, you’ll serve as a vital part of our interdisciplinary care team, helping patients remain at home in comfort and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily personal care such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
Support specialized needs, including catheter care, dressing changes, and ostomy maintenance
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in condition
Maintain patient dignity and privacy while adhering to HIPAA and safety standards
Provide emotional support to both patients and their families during a challenging time
Travel throughout the assigned region to provide in-home care services

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Active CNA certification or completion of a state-approved Hospice Aide training program
At least one year of experience in hospice, home health, or direct patient care
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Comfortable traveling up to 50% within your designated territory
