The role requires a NY-licensed RN (BSN preferred) with 3+ years hospice experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed registered nurse in New York with BSN or equivalent.
• Three years minimum clinical hospice experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clinical management experience preferred; familiarity with regulatory hospice standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead interdisciplinary hospice team meetings and coordination of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Hospice Conditions of Participation and quality standards.
• Oversee staff performance, budget planning, and staff hiring decisions.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and staff education in alignment with organizational goals.
