Job summary

Bristol Hospice in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure high-quality hospice care and to supervise clinical personnel, coordinating patient assessments and home visits.

The role requires an AZ RN license, prior hospice management experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to compassionate care; strong leadership and adherence to QAPI standards are essential.

Qualifications

• AZ RN license in good standing to practice professional nursing.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in hospice/home care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive case referrals and review patient information related to hospice/home care needs.
• Assign appropriate hospice personnel to referrals as needed.
• Confer with Medical Director and Attending Physician regarding eligibility for services.
• Review and evaluate cases through home visits, conferences, and records.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and QAPI program requirements.
• Assist in orientation and onboarding of new employees and supervise clinical staff.
