Elara Caring is hiring a Clinical Success Mentor - Hospice. This role leads hospice teams and ensures compliance while supporting Staff through education and oversight in patient care across home settings.
The position requires licensure as an RN, 3–5 years hospice experience, and 50–75% travel; a valid driver's license and a passion for quality outcomes are essential.
