Job summary

Affinis Hospice in Georgia seeks an experienced Nursing Administrator to oversee the clinical operations of Hospice Services. You will supervise the staff nurse and coordinate with the Administrator and Medical Director to implement policies and ensure quality care.

The role requires two years of nursing experience, including supervision, and a GA RN license. Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of hospice regulations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in the State of Georgia.
• At least two years of nursing experience; one year in supervision, education or nursing service administration.
• Strong knowledge of hospice rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct, organize, implement and evaluate hospice clinical services.
• Lead and participate in Hospice Services IDG meetings.
• Ensure efficient systems, procedures, and controls for clinical operations.
• Coordinate with Administrator and Medical Director on policies and performance.
• Staffing levels are anticipated and maintained.
• Coordinate care across service disciplines and act as liaison between teams.
