Medi Home Hospice, part of the Medical Services of America (MSA) family, is seeking a compassionate Clinical Manager to lead hospice care in Scottdale, PA. This full-time role oversees daily clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports the care team to deliver dignified end-of-life services.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in PA, an Associate’s degree in Nursing, and hospice supervisory experience, with a commitment to patient-centered care and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of hospice supervisory experience (required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical oversight and supervision of hospice patient care services.
• Ensure all care meets federal and state regulations, accrediting body standards, and company policies.
• Review and approve clinical documentation including Start of Care, Re-certifications, and Discharges.
• Audit patient records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure quality outcomes.
