Job summary

Medical Services of America’s Medi Home Hospice, based in Monroeville, PA, is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead hospice clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance. This full-time role oversees care teams and documentation, guiding patient-centered end-of-life services with a strong emphasis on quality outcomes.

The position requires an Associate’s degree in Nursing, PA RN licensure, at least 1 year hospice supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Current PA RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of hospice supervisory experience (required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical oversight and supervision of hospice patient care services.
• Ensure all care meets federal and state regulations, accrediting body standards, and company policies.
• Review and approve clinical documentation including Start of Care, Re-certifications, and Discharges.
• Audit patient records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure quality outcomes.
