Job summary

AdvisaCare’s Hospice Division seeks a Clinical Manager to supervise and motivate a dynamic team, directing care through IDG and ensuring smooth admissions and visits. The role requires staying compliant with Medicare and insurance guidelines while expanding the Hospice footprint in the service area.

Ideal candidates hold an active Michigan RN license, CPR, and TB clearance, with hospice and management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• Current TB test and CPR on file.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff and lead team through IDG processes.
• Provide leadership to Hospice team and initiatives.
• Perform admissions and visits as needed.
• Willing to travel within service area.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare/Insurance requirements.
• Expand growth within the Hospice market.
