Ideal candidates have an RN license in California, a Bachelor's in Nursing or related field, and 3+ years in hospice with prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is required.
• RN license in California is required.
• Minimum 3 years of hospice care experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong familiarity with hospice regulations, policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
