Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Hospice Clinical Director to coordinate and manage patient care across the Kansas City region in Kansas. The role supervises clinical staff, ensures quality standards, and leads QAPI initiatives.

You will work with Nursing leadership to align with agency objectives, regulations, and ACHC standards, while developing staff and maintaining compassionate care for patients in home settings. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in KS.
• The Clinical Supervisor must have a BSN with 2 years in public health nursing or 3 years in public health nursing.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in home hospice or skilled home care (hospice preferred).
• Ability to market and interact tactfully with customers and community.
• Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and ACHC standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient services by clinical staff.
• Provide supervision and guidance to ensure service quality and standards.
• Gather data for QAPI and participate in QAPI activities.
• Evaluate staff performance during probation and annually; provide teaching for development.
• Assess patient needs and home care appropriateness; assist orientation of new staff.
• Assist with orientation of new personnel and in-services.
• Ensure Medicare, State, and ACHC regulations are followed by all clinical staff.
• Support the Director of Nursing with assigned responsibilities.
• Pursue self-development through education, workshops, and professional research.
