VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Clinical Branch Director to lead day-to-day operations while ensuring a consistent, high standard of care across the branch. You will oversee finances, quality metrics, and team engagement, partnering with clinical leaders to sustain excellent patient outcomes.

You will recruit and coach leaders and clinicians, build strong community relationships, and drive a patient-centered culture with integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (required).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development.
• Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
