Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Clinical Branch Director in Flowood, MS to lead day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality care, and support a patient-centered culture.

You will oversee branch performance, partner with clinical leaders, recruit and develop a strong team, and strengthen community relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development.

What You’ll Bring

• Active RN license (required)
• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
