Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join the Mercer County In-Patient Unit. You will provide patient care inside the facility, support activities of daily living, and follow established care plans to ensure the highest level of comfort and relief.

Experience in hospice is a plus, and a valid CHHA license in NJ is required. Dependable transportation to the inpatient unit is also expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• CHHA license valid in New Jersey.
• Hospice care experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the inpatient unit as needed.
