Required ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement and experience with life-threatening illness; you must be tech-capable and able to travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement from the denomination is required.
• Experience supporting patients and families facing life-threatening illness and death.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate spiritual services to patients and families in the home setting.
• Support the bereavement program with spiritual care aligned to Enhabit policies.
