Deercreekseniorliving is seeking a Hospice Chaplain to provide compassionate spiritual support to patients and families in a hospice setting.
You will perform assessments, collaborate with the care team, and lead bereavement services while educating staff on diverse spiritual practices. A Master’s in Divinity or Theology and CPR certification are required, with hospice experience preferred.
